Village Commons Bookstore has been serving Northern Illinois University since 1970. It is our stated mission to be NIU's partner in academic excellence.
We are the home for all of your Huskie needs! Located directly across the stree from Northern Illinois University's campus, we supply required course materials, books, fan gear and more for NIU students, alumni, and fans.
We offer used books, new books, e-books, and rentals! Students can use their NIU One Card to charge required books and supplies to their Bursar's Account at our store at the beginning of each semester. Check with the Bursar's office or with us for exact dates!
